Jayashree P K, President
Jayashree P K is a Chartered Accountant
with over 15 years of experience. In addition to the
role of President, she also is in charge of the CFO
functions of the company. She has about 7 years of
experience in running a consulting practice in India in
the areas of audit, taxation and management consulting.
She has been successful in creating diverse markets for
the company in USA, Australia, UK and Germany for
bookkeeping, tax preparing, payroll processing and jobs
like financial statement analysis, XBRL tagging and
financial consulting. In addition to her strengths in
creating new world markets, she has also been the
guiding light to the team of 212 accounting
professionals in
BAS. She is a member of
American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA),
Women Entrepreneurs of America (WEA)
and
a member of
Institute of Internal Auditors. She is a qualified lead
assessor for ISO 9000 certification, a sought after
speaker for HR forums and is in demand as a motivational
coach for executives from fortune 500 companies. |
Ramesh Ravella, Executive Vice President
Ramesh
Ravella has over 25 years of experience as a senior
executive in Fortune 500 companies. He is based in
Virginia. Ramesh brings with him rich experience of
having developed large applications in many sectors, and
of having managed businesses on his own.
In addition to his position in
BAS, he is also the President of
Resonance Technologies Private Limited, an India-based
company certified in ISO 9001 systems that provides
e-commerce solutions and B2B portal solutions in
vertical sectors. |

T.N.Ravichandran, Manager (Delivery and Process)
Mr.
Ravichandran is a qualified accountant with over 15 years of
experience in accounting and taxation. He has worked with
CPAs in Texas for almost a decade. As a team leader for a
team of accountants for a CPA in Texas, he has reviewed and
supervised tax preparing of 1040s, 1120s, 1065s and 990s for
both federal and State taxes.
Mr.
Ravichandran is an expert with US accounting, taxation and
bookkeeping. He conducts BAS
certified courses in Bookkeeping, (through QuickBooks and
PeachTree) and Tax preparing (using Drake, Lacerte, and
ProSeries). |
Gururajan R. Rao
Gururajan,
Consultant on board for Finance, is a Chartered Accountant
with over 18 years of experience. He is a successful
incubator of businesses ranging from IT to healthcare. Mr.
Gururajan provides the financial consultancy required for
BAS and sits on the board of management meetings as an
advisor. Extensively traveled, he has business interests in
US, Singapore, China and India. |
