Training Process

Pre-training assessment: Pre-training assessment is
conducted by means of tests in the areas of written
communication skills and grasp of accounting concepts.
Agents clearing both levels are cleared for further
training.

Bookkeeping Fundamentals: Accounts Receivables and
Accounts Payable / Accruals, Deferrals, and the Adjusted
Trial Balance / Correction of Accounting Errors and the
Bank Reconciliation / Payroll / Depreciation /
Inventory.

US
accounting norms: The QuickBooks /Accounting/US GAAP
is taught alongside the reporting, documentation,
business emails modules.

Process training: Process Training is extended on
Folder Management, FTP protocol, Online ASP model etc.,

Working on Trial data: Agents are given sample data
sets to simulate a live work environment with specific
time frames for completion.

Post-training Assessment and feedback: Post training
assessment will be based on a test that simulates a live
environment and the Delivery agents are assessed on
parameters such as accuracy of data, process compliance,
documentation, and written communication skills.
