Transition Process

• Intimation about the assignment and modes of Receipt of documents
• Understanding the deliverable requirements.
• Understand the scope, extent and objective of the assignment.
• Understand the nature of client business and method of accounting.
• Analyze the documents to be processed keeping in view the deliverable requirements.
• Quantify the data to be processed and estimate the time required by Delivery Agent keeping in view the turn around time given by Client
• Prepare conceptual guidelines in the form of Client Summary Sheet that are client specific.
• Intimating the assigned Delivery Agent.
• Platforms – FTP protocol / ASP model.
• Data Structure – To be Processed / Client Profile / E&R / Completed / Communication Log.
• Troubleshooting the Delivery Agents queries.
• Periodical real time monitoring of the processes.

Delivery Process 

• Comply with instructions from transition team on assignment objectives and deliverable requirements
• Access the platform as per indicated path
• Initial review followed by transaction processing
• Regular communication channels with Transition team
• Compliance with Folder management protocol
